Osteosarcoma de mama posradioterapia

We present the case of a 69 years old woman who underwent chemotherapy and mantle radiotherapy for non Hodgkin lymphoma. Fifteen years later, she underwent mastectomy for breast mass that was diagnosed as an osteosarcoma at final pathological examination. Radical surgery was the only treatment she received. Postirradiation breast sarcoma are rare and have poorer prognosis than primary breast sarcomas. Surgery is the main treatment. The use of adjuvant treatment is controversial, but there are some data that support the use of chemotherapy in these sarcomas.
