重建内括约肌在肛门成形术中的体会

目的：探讨重建内括约肌在肛门成形术中应用及术后对排便功能影响价值。方法：无肛畸形18例，其中8例高位，中位10例，全部行重建内括约肌的肛门成形术，随访平均3．5年，通过临床评分标准定肛门排便功能。结果：术后肛门功能临床评定优先76．8％，良者16．6％，而术后功能差者5．6％，结论；术中保留及重建内括约肌对减少术后并发症改善排便功能有积极意义。

Experience of reconstrution of internal anal sphincter in anoplasty

Objective: To determine the application of reconstrution of inner-sphincter of anus in the anoplasty and the affect of dejection after surgery. Methods: 18 Non-anus deformotion there are 8 high-order and 10 middle-order. All of them were perfored anoplasty 3.5 years. Wording to the clinic criterico for evaluation in the following of funtion of dejection was evatuat. Results: The funtion of anus post-surgery: excellent 76.8%, good 16.6%, bad 5.6%. Conclusions: There can struction of anus post-sphincter of anus is pocitine in reducing post-surgical complication and improvement the funtion of dejection, and is deserve to popularize.
