原发性胆汁反流性胃炎季节性发病规律调查

目的 研究原发性胆汁反流性胃炎（bile reflux gastritis，BRG）的临床特点及其与季节的关系。方法 回顾性分析2009年7月至2011年12月上海市嘉定区中医医院胃镜室诊断为原发性BRG的患者资料，分析其性别、年龄、并发症及季节特征。结果 在5 098例接受胃镜检查患者中共检出830例BRG患者，检出率为16.28%，30岁以下者BRG检出率最高，夏季BRG检出率显著高于其他季节平均检出率（P＜0.01），冬季BRG检出率显著低于其他季节平均检出率（P＜0.05），其并发症以反流性食管炎多见。结论 原发性BRG在青年患者中检出率最高，在夏季检出率最高，在冬季检出率最低，其发病与湿热之气相关。

Clinical Features and Seasonal Patterns of Primary Bile Reflux Gastritis

Objective To investigate the clinical features and seasonal patterns of primary bile reflux gastritis (BRG). Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of patients with BRG who were diagnosed with primary BRG in the Gastroscope Room of Jiading Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2009 to December 2011 to investigate their sex, age, complications, and seasonal patterns. Results Of the 5098 patients who underwent gastroscopy, 830 (16.28%) had BRG. The BRG detection rate was the highest among the individuals aged under 30 years. In addition, the BRG detection rate in summer was significantly higher than the mean rate in other seasons (P<0.01), and the BRG detection rate in winter was significantly lower than the mean rate in other seasons (P<0.05). Reflux esophagitis was the most common complication among the cases of BRG. Conclusion The detection rate of primary BRG is high among young patients with gastrointestinal symptoms. In addition, it is the highest in summer and the lowest in winter. The onset of primary BRG is related to dampness-heat syndrome.
