| 摘 要： | 目的：为了解某市2008年艾滋病流行状况及其影响因素,为艾滋病防治工作提供技术参考依据。方法：采用ELISA法,对该中心承检的各类人群送检样品进行HIV抗体检测。结果：5012人份送检样品中检出HIV阳性者21例,检出率为0.42%。在所有被检人群中,一般从业人员未检出HIV阳性者;有高危行为的VCT人员（不安全性行为及卖淫嫖娼人员）、吸毒人员和被监管人员的阳性检出率分别为7.23%、1.56%和0.11%。结论：目前,某市艾滋病疫情主要还是发生在高危人群中,但一般人群中还有部分HIV感染者未被发现,高危性行为、静脉吸毒仍是艾滋病感染的主要传播途径。
