妊娠高血压综合征115例终止妊娠的时机与方式探讨

目的探讨妊娠高血压综合征(简称妊高征)患者终止妊娠的时机与方式。方法回顾性分析我院2001年1月至2005年3月期间收治的115例妊高征的临床资料。结果115例妊高征全部治愈，围生儿死亡2例。结论妊高征终止妊娠的时机与方式应根据孕妇的病情、治疗效果、孕龄、胎儿大小、胎儿成熟度、胎儿宫内缺氧情况等因素决定，孕龄35周以上是最佳时机，在硬膜外麻醉下行剖宫产是终止妊娠的首选方式。

Discussion of the Time and Method of Termination of Pregnancy in 115 Cases with Pregnancy-induced Hypertension Syndrome

Objective To discuss the time and method of termination of pregnancy for patients with pregnancy-induced Hypertension syndrome.Methods Retrospective analysis was given to 115 cases with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome hospitalized from January 2001 to March 2005.Results All the 115 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome recovered,and two infants in perinatal stage died.Conclusions The time and method of termination of pregnancy for patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome should be decided according to such factors as the patients' condition,curative effect,gestational age,fetal size,fetal maturity,intrauterine fetal anoxia and etc.;gestational age over 35 weeks would be the most suitable time,and hysterotokotomy with peridural anesthesia is the first choice for termination of pregnancy.
