中医卒中单元下的健康教育对气虚型中风病人的影响

目的观察中医卒中单元下的健康教育对气虚型中风病人神经功能缺损、再入院率、血脂等的影响。方法将100例气虚型中风病人随机分为中医健康教育组(观察组)与西医健康教育治疗组(对照组)。观察组采取中医理论指导下的健康教育,即采取不限制饮食、减少运动量等健康教育内容。对照组采取低盐、低脂饮食,限制总热量摄取,每天运动1h~2h。结果与对照组比较,观察组的气虚证积分、神经功能评价(NIHSS)、生活能力评价(BI)均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组的再入院率为14.0%、并发症为38.0%,明显低于对照组的36.0%与62.0%(P<0.05)。医疗满意度评分为(90.82±7.97)分明显高于对照组的(85.11±9.74)分(P<0.005)。结论与现代医学的健康教育内容相比,中医理论指导下的健康教育能提高气虚型中风病人的日常生活能力,提高病人满意度,减少再入院率和并发症,从而降低治疗成本。

Effect of Health Education in Stroke Unit of Medicine on Stroke with Qi Deficiency

Objective To investigate the effect of health education in stroke unit of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) on stroke patients (pts) with Qi deficiency. Methods One hundred stroke pts with Qi deficiency were randomly assigned into 2 groups:Experimental group (EG) and control group (CG). The pts in EG was given health education guided by the traditional Chinese medicine theories, in which the exercise was reduced and the food was not limited. The pts in CG toke food with low salt and fat, the total calories were limited and exercised 1-2 hours a day. Results There were statistical difference in the scale of Qi deficiency, National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS) and Barthel Index (BI) between two groups (P<0.05). The complications and the rehospitalization were less in EG than that in CG (P<0.05). VAS (Visual Analogue Scales) was higher in EG than that in CG (P<0.005). Conclusion Compared with the health education of modern medicine, the stroke pts with Qi deficiency, whose health education was guided by the traditional Chinese medicine theories were be able to improve the daily activities and VAS. The complications and the rehospitalization were reduced.
