综合医院转诊对提高结核病人发现水平的分析

目的探讨综合医院转诊可疑肺结核对提高病人发现水平的作用.方法加强行政干预,规范转诊登记程序和追踪制度,转诊激励政策和宣传教育.结果 1年内发现涂阳病人556例,比上年度增加139例,增加33.3%,其中医院转诊发现391例,占70.3%.转诊人数、到位人数均有明显增加,查痰率和阳性检出率有所提高.结论加强与综合医院的合作,建立完善的转诊制度是提高病人发现水平的一条重要途径.

Analysis on impact of TB suspects referring from general hospital to TB dispensary on case-finding

Objective To explore the impact of TB suspects referring from general hospital to TB dispensary on TB case-finding. Methods To enhance administrative interventions, standardize TB suspects referring process and patient-traced system, to implement patient incentive system and health education. Results Five hundred and fifty-six TB patients with smear-positive were notified while the project was implemented. Comparing with last year, 139 more patients were notified,the increased rate was 33.3%. There were 391 cases referred from general hospital, accounting for 70.3 % in all patients. The number of referral from general hospital and cases arrived in TB dispensary for examination was clearly increasing. The sputum-examination rate and positive rate were improving too. Conclusion Enhancing the collaboration with general hospital and establishing perfect TB suspects referring system are the important routes for improving TB case-finding.
