徐州城区儿童单纯性肥胖调查分析

目的了解徐州城区儿童单纯性肥胖及脂肪肝现状,分析肥胖相关因素为制定儿童肥胖干预对策、实施有效干预提供科学依据。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法 ,抽取徐州城区6所小学1623名6～12岁学龄儿童进行体检;对自愿参加的152名肥胖儿童（肥胖组）和152名体质指数正常儿童（对照组）进行肝脏B超检查和问卷调查;采用Logistic回归分析肥胖影响因素。结果徐州城区学龄儿童肥胖检出率为12.4%,男生（16.0%）高于女生（8.4%）;肥胖儿童脂肪肝检出率为40.8%,明显高于体质指数正常儿童（1.3%）;差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。Logistic回归分析发现,父母至少一方肥胖、出生体重、食欲好、喜欢甜食、喜吃肉及制品、常吃零食、每次锻炼的时间、每周体育锻炼次数与儿童肥胖有关（P〈0.05）。结论应针对儿童肥胖的影响因素,及早运用行之有效的综合行为干预方法防治儿童肥胖。

Analysis on Simple Obesity Among Urban Children in Xuzhou

Objective To investigate the prevalence of simple obesity and fatty liver among urban children in Xuzhou,analyses related factors of simple obesity,and provide evidence for prevention.Methods Using multi-stage stratified cluster sampling,1 623 urban children aged 6-12 who were selected from 6 primary schools were tested by a physical examination in Xuzhou.The liver ultrasound B scans were examined for volunteers from 152 obese children and 152 normal BMI children,who were surveyed with questionnaire.Logistic regression analysis was conducted to analyze the related factors of simple obesity.Results The prevalence rate of simple obesity among urban children was 12.4% in Xuzhou,16.0% for boys and 8.4% for girls;the prevalence rate of fatty liver among obese children（40.8%） was higher than that of normal BMI children（1.3%）,there were significant differences（P0.05）.The results of Logistic regression analysis indicated that obese father or mother,birth weight,good appetite,fond of meat and sweets,physical exercise were correlated to obesity（P0.05）.Conclusion According to the influential factors of simple obesity among children,the effective measure on integrated behavioral intervention should be taken to prevent the incidence of obesity.
