补气活血中药和力竭运动对大鼠不同类型肌纤维自由基代谢的影响

２７只雌性Ｗｉｓｔａｒ大鼠按体重随机分为安静组、运动组、服补气活血中药运动组。后两组负重７．５ｇ游泳至衰竭后即刻，取血测定血清ＬＤＨ、ＧＯＴ、ＣＫ活性和ＭＤＡ，取心肌、白肌和红肌测定ＭＤＡ、ＳＯＤ。结果表明：（１）安静时不同类型风纤维自由基代谢及其防御体系存在差异；（２）力竭运动使体内自由基代谢增强，但对不同类型肌纤维的影响不同，这与肌纤维的募集有关；（３）力竭运动后血清酶活性升高，但不是ＭＤＡ升高所致；（４）补气活血中药能提高机体抗氧化酶的活性，阻抑运动所致的自由基代谢增强，保护组织细胞并具有一定的抗疲劳作用，提示“气虚血瘀”可能是运动性疲劳的中医病机之一。

Effect of Chinese Herbal Preparations and Exhaustive Swimming on Free Radical Metabolisms of Different Muscle Fiber Types in Rats

Twenty-seven Wistar female rats ,weighed 135 ~ 155g, were randomly divided into 3 groups :swimming plus supplying with theChinese herbal perparations for enriching vital energy and invigorating the circulation of blood (EG); swiming group (SG) andcontrol group (CG). Rats of EG and SG were killed immediately after exhaustive swimming loaded with 7.5g. MDA and SOD inwhite muscle red muscle and myocardium and CK LDH and GOT in serum were determined The results showed : (l) Freeraidcal metabolism in different muscle fibers of CG varied sigruficantly . (2) During exhaustive exercise, free radical metalbolisms in creased ,and the changes of free radical metabolisms were different in different muscle types which was thought to be realted with recruitment of muscle fibers . (3) the elevation of serum enzyme activity after exhaustive swimming did not correlate with the in creased MDA content . (4) the Chinese herbal preparation could enrich vetal energy and invigorate the circulation of blood promoteactivities of anti-oxidation enzymes depress the increase of the free radical metabolicms induced by exercise and protceted tissue and cell.
