摘    要: 目的:制备依托泊苷白蛋白微球,并对其形态学性质、载药量、体外释药特性进行研究。方法:用乳化热固化法制备依托泊苷白蛋白微球。结果:微球平均粒径(13.61士4.80)μm,含药量为(18.25士0.18)%,药物包封率为(45.45士1.27)96,体外释药符合Higuchi方程:Q=0.01591+0.09837t1/2(r=0.9975)。结论:用乳化热固化法制备的依托泊苷白蛋白微球外观圆整,载药量较高,体外释药符合长效制剂特征。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To prepare the etoposide bovine serum albumin microspheres (VP-BSA-MS) and to study the properties of its morphology,drug loading and release in vitro.METHODS:The VP BSA MS was prepared by emulsion heat stabilization techniques. RESULTS:The mean diameter of VP-BSA-MS was (13.61±4.80)μm.The drug loading was (18.25±0.18)% and the embedding ratio was (45.45±1.27)%.The in vitro release properties of VP BSA MS could be expressed by the Higuchis equation: Q=0.01591+0.09837t1/2(r=0.9975). CONCLUSION:The VP-BSA-MS prepared by emulsion heat stabilization techniques was regular in its morphology with a high drug loading and in vitro release properties conformed to long acting preparations.
