自发性脊柱骨折并脊髓损伤13例分析

目的　揭示椎体骨质疏松的一种严重并发症 ,重视对骨质疏松的预防。方法　回顾性分析了本院收治的13例椎体骨质疏松自发性发生脊柱骨折 ,最后导致脊髓损伤的病例。通过X线片、CT或MRI检查及临床症状确诊。手术减压治疗 9例 ,保守治疗 4例。结果　经过手术减压和保守治疗 ,多数患者的病情得到恢复或缓解。结论　椎体骨折导致脊髓损伤是椎体骨质疏松的一种严重并发症。要防止这种并发症 ,关键在于预防。已经出现脊髓压迫症状者 ,以手术减压后植骨融合效果最好。

Analysis of 13 Cases with Spontaneous Spine Fracture Combined with Spinal Cord Injury

Objetive To open out a severe complication of osteoporosis in vertebrae and pay attention to prevention of osteoporosis. Methods 13 cases with spontaneous spine fracture and spinal cord injury was retrospectively analyzed. It was diagnosed by X-ray, CT, MRI and clinic symptom. 9 cases were treated by operation and 4 cases conservatively. Results The majority of patients got recovered by operation or conservative treatment. Conclusion Spine fracture and spinal cord injury was a severe complication for osteoporosis. To prevent this complication the key was the prevention. The vertebral canal decompression and bone grafting should be done for the patients with spinal cord injury.
