医务人员社会支持及应对方式与心理健康关系

目的了解医务人员社会支持及应对方式与心理健康的关系。方法采取分层整群抽样方法抽取423名临床工作者和疾病预防控制工作者作为研究对象,运用症状自评量表、社会支持和应对方式评定量表进行社会支持及应对方式与心理健康关系研究。结果临床工作者与疾病预防控制工作者客观支持、支持利用度差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,主观支持、支持总分差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。应对方式问卷分量表评分临床工作者与疾病预防控制工作者解决问题、退避、合理化得分差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;自责、求助、幻想3项得分疾病预防控制工作者低于临床工作者（P〈0.05）。相关性分析表明医务工作者社会支持中的客观支持与症状自评量表（SCL-90）总分及除强迫以外的各因子分呈负相关（P〈0.05）。消极应对方式与SCL-90总分及各因子分呈正相关（P〈0.05）。结论社会支持及应对方式对医务人员心理健康具有影响作用。

Relationship between social support/coping styles and psychological health among medical workers

Objective To discover the relationship between the psychological health and social support and coping styles among medical workers.Methods With the stratitied random cluster sampling,423 clinical and public health workers were surveyed by Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90),social support scales and coping styles scales.Results No significant difference existed in scores of objective supports,utilization of support between clinical workers and public health workers(P>0.05),and the difference existed in subjective support,total support scores between these two group(P<0.05).For the coping style scores,there was not significant difference in problem-solving,avoiding and reasonable(P>0.05)and there was in self-accusation,fantasy between clinical group and public health group(P<0.05).The correlation analysis result showed that objective support axis cores of SCL-90 scores and other factor scores except for imposition(P<0.05)was positively related with social support and negatively related with passively coping styles.Conclusion Social support and coping styles have impact on the psychological health among medical workers.
