| 摘 要： | [目的 ]探讨影响维持性透析病人应用促红细胞生成素疗效的原因及不同透析方式对促红细胞生成素的影响。 [方法 ]将5 5例维持透析病人随机分为两组 ,即高通量透析组和常规透析组 ,按医嘱给予促红细胞生成素 ,其他治疗相同 ,以观察促红细胞生成素的疗效。 [结果 ]经过 1年观察 ,高通量透析组应用促红细胞生成素的疗效明显高于常规透析组。 [结论 ]高通量透析可以清除一些干扰红细胞生成与代谢相关的毒性物质 ,同时可以纠正贫血。

| Abstract: | Objective:to probe into the factors influencing Erythropoietin (EPO) in patients undergoing maintaining dialysis, and influence of various ways of dialysis on the therapeutic effect of EPO. Method: a total of 55 patients underwent maintenance dialysis were divided into two groups randomly, which were high flux dialysis group and normal flux dialysis group. Patients of the two groups were given EPO according to doctor s' advices and other therapy are same, then the curative effect of EPO in these patients were observed. Result: it showed that the therapeutic effect of EPO in test group patients was better than that in control group. Conclusion: high flux dialysis can clear some toxicants, which intervened the production and metabolism of red blood cell, and can correct anemia as well. |
