固体二氧化氯消毒剂的稳定性研究

摘    要:目的探讨固体二氧化氯消毒剂的稳定性.方法通过测定加入不同剂量钝化剂D在不同温度下贮存不同时间后固体二氧化氯消毒剂失重率的变化,找到产品中钝化剂D的最佳用量、贮存适宜温度和贮存时间.结果随着钝化剂D的添加量增加,产品的失重率逐渐减少;随着放置温度升高,放置时间延长,产品的失重率增加.结论固体二氧化氯消毒剂是一种高效、广谱、方便的消毒剂.用钝化剂对亚氯酸钠和活化剂的表面进行处理后,再将它们混合,能够在干燥阴凉处保存达6个月以上,钝化剂D加入16%为宜.

Abstract:Objective To study stability of solid chlorine dioxide disinfectant. Methods The weight-loss rates were measured under different temperature and different days with different amount of inactivator D to find best amount in disinfectant and suitable reserved temperature and days. Results The weight-less rates were decreased with the amount of inactivator D, and the weight-loss rates were increased with higher temperature and longer days. Conclusion Solid chlorine dioxide is a high effective, widely used, convenient disinfectant. After the surface process on sodium chlorite and activator with inactivator D, they are mixed again. This product can be saved above a half of year at a dry cool place. The amount of inactivator D should be 16%.
