| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨急性有机磷杀虫药中毒的急救与护理经验.方法 通过对我院2004年1月～2007年7月收治63例急性有机磷杀虫药中毒的急救与护理的总结和分析,找出治疗急性有机磷杀虫药中毒的急救与护理的经验.结果 经过我们抢救和治疗,63例急性有机磷杀虫药中毒的病人58例抢救成功,抢救成功率为92%;5例死亡,死亡率为7%.结论 急性有机磷杀虫药中毒病人病情急而危重,正确的治疗方案,精心护理是提高抢救成功的关键,减少并发症,提高治愈率.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the emergency treatment and nurse.Methods To summa- rize and analyze 63 patients with the intoxication of the organic phosphourus in order understand the experiment on the the intoxication of the organic phosphourus in our hospital form Janurary,2004 to July,2007.Results 58(92%) patients have been cured and 5(7%) patients died by our treatment.Result The patients condition of patients with the intoxication of the organic phosphourus is serious.Conclu- sion The correctt treatment and nurse are the key to patients with the intoxication of the organic phosphourus.It can decrease their complication and raise cure rate. |
