替米沙坦对原发性高血压患者左心室肥厚和舒张功能的影响

目的 探讨替米沙坦对原发性高血压患者左心室肥厚和舒张功能的影响.方法 选择原发性高血压患者30例,给予替米沙坦治疗6个月.用M型超声心动图检测患者治疗前后舒张末期左心室内径、室间隔和左室后壁厚度,计算左心室重量指数;用多谱勒超声心动图检测二尖瓣口舒张早期峰值速度E、舒张晚期峰值速度A和E峰减速时间,并计算E/A比值.结果 与治疗前相比,治疗后左心室重量指数明显减少(P＜0.001),E/A比值明显增高(P＜0.001),E峰减速时间明显缩短(P＜0.001).结论 替米沙坦能逆转原发性高血压患者左心室肥厚,并改善其舒张功能.

Influence of Telmisartan on left Ventricular Hypertrophy and Diastolic Function in Patients with Essential Hypertension

Objective To investigate the influences of telmisartan on left ven- tricular hypertrophy and diastolic function in patients with essential hypertension. Methods Left ventricular end-diastolic dimenmion, end-diastolic septal thickness and end-diastolic posterior wall thickness were measured before and after 6 months of telmisartan treatment in 30 essential hypertension patients by M-mode echocardiography. Pulsed Doppler echocardiographic recordings of transmitral flow velocity were obtained.Peak velocity in early diastole(E)and at atrial contrac- tion(A )and mitral valve E-peak deceleration time were measured.E/A was calculated. Results After 6 months of treatment with telmisartan,the left ventricular mass index reduced significantly(P < 0.01),the ratio of E/A increased significantly (P < 0.01),and mitral valve E-peak deceleration time decreased significantly(P < 0.01). Conclusion Telmisartan could reverse the left ventricular hypertrophy and improve the diastolic function in patients with essential hypertension.
