摘    要:用40.8mW/Cm2的He-Ne激光照射21只健康白色家兔的右眼,每日1次,每次1小时,连续六日后,将兔杀死取血清及双侧眼晶体和房水,用高频等离子体发射光谱法行微量元素测定。比较照射眼(右)和非照射服(左),发现有明显的差别。为解决激光工作者的眼部保护问题提供了一定的参考依据。

Abstract:The right eyes of 21 healthy rabbits were irradiated by He-Ne laser for 6 days, with a power density of 40. 8 mW/cm2 for an hour per day. After completion of the irradiation, the animals were killed and both the right (experirnental) and left (control) eyes and blood samples were taken for examination. The trace ele-ment concentration in the lens, aqueous humor and serurn were measured by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy (ICP-AEG) and the data obtained from the both groups were compared and sta-tistically analyzed. It was shown that after the laser irradiation, the concentration of Cr, Mg, Mn, Fe in the lens were significantly increased, Ba, Sr, Cu and Ca were decreased; The concentration of Mg and Ca in the aqueous humor were increased and Ba decreased; Cu in the serum was decreased. Frorn the view of laser safety and protection, the potential hazardous effect of long-term exposure of eyes to low-level He-Ne laser irradiation should be taken for consideration.
