腹腔镜下CO2激光治疗不孕妇女子宫内膜异位症

本组采用ＣＯ２激光经腹腔镜治疗患子宫内膜异位症的不孕妇女７５例，无严重并发症。术后随访６０例中，妊娠２２例，妊娠率３３．６％，校正妊娠率４２．２％，７７．３％的患者在术后半年内妊娠。术后８８．３％的患者痛经好转或消失，７３．６％的患者性交痛减轻或消失。腹腔镜下ＣＯ２激光治疗子宫内膜异位症之优点是在诊断同时治疗本病，能准确、彻底地消除内膜异位病灶、创面不出血、术后无粘连、住院时间短、恢复快，还能同时

CO 2 Laser Laparoscopy in the Treatment of Endometriosis in Infertil Women

patients with endometriosis and infertility were treated with CO 2 laser laparoscopy. No serious complications were encountered. 60 patients were followed up for a period of 4 to 25 months. Significant relief of dysmenorrhea and dyspareunia were achieved. The pregnancy rate was 33 6% after the procedure. The advantages of CO 2 laser laparoscopy for the treatment of endometriosis include precise destruction of the lesions, minimal bleeding, high success rate, minimal damage to the adjacent normal tissue and the ability to treat certain conditions accompanying endometriosis such as adhesions, which can not be accomplished with medicine alone.
