2008─2012年甘肃省酒泉市肃州区性病疫情监测分析

目的分析甘肃省酒泉市肃州区性病疫情监测结果,为制定和完善性病防治方案与对策提供依据。方法收集2008─2012年酒泉市肃州区5种性病的报告和监测资料,进行流行病学分析。结果 5种性病年报告发病率以2008年最高41.71/10万,2012年最低15.68/10万,呈逐年下降趋势;梅毒和淋病的实验室诊断比例逐年提高,分别从2008年的62.1%、95.2%提高到2012年的100.0%;20～49岁性活跃期及60岁以上老年人群多发是性病患者的特征。结论性病已成为酒泉市肃州区重要的公共卫生和社会问题,应加强和扩大性病健康教育及行为干预的力度和覆盖面,控制性病在重点人群中蔓延。

Analysis of epidemic surveillance of sexually transmitted diseases in Suzhou District of Jiuquan City,Gansu Province from 2008 to 2012

Objective To analyze epidemic surveillance of sexually transmitted diseases （STD） in Suzhou District of Jiu- quan City, Gansu Province during 2008-2012, provide basis for formulating and perfecting the control scheme and counter- measures of STD. Methods Data of five kinds of STD in Suzhou District from 2008 to 2012 were collected to carry out epidemiological analysis. Results The STD incidence was the highest of 41.71/100 000 in 2008 and the lowest of 15.68/ 100 000 in 2012, with the tendency of decrease year by year. Proportion of laboratory diagnosis of syphilis and gonorrhea in- creased annually from 62.1% and 95.2% in 2008 to 100.0% in 2012. People at sexually active age of 20-49 year-old and those over 60 year-old were easier to be attacked by STD. Conclusions STD has become an important public health and social problems in the investigated areas. Health education and behavior intervention should be strengthened and coverage should be extended to control the disease spread in the focus groups.
