男男性行为者艾滋病高危行为现状调查

目的了解男男性接触人群中艾滋病相关高危行为特征,为该类人群艾滋病防治工作提供数据。方法分析2011-2012年开展男男性接触人群调查时所收集的资料,比较男男性接触人群中艾滋病感染者与未感染者的相关高危行为特征。结果与未感染者相比（90.6%）,艾滋病感染者艾滋病防治知识知晓水平较低（81.7%）;与未感染者相比（40.8%）,发生首次性行为的性伴女性所占比例较高（55.0%）。最近6个月,艾滋病感染者发生插入性性行为的男性性伴数多于未感染者（78.3%vs 65.2%）,与男性发生无保护性性行为的比例高于未感染者（73.3%vs64.9%）,与女性发生性行为的比例高于未感染者（36.7%vs 22.9%）,性病感染几率高于未感染者（21.7%vs15.4%）。结论男男性接触人群中艾滋病感染者相关高危行为较未感染者严重,应进一步加强对该类人群的宣传教育,采取干预措施减少其高危行为,防止艾滋病由男男性接触人群向一般人群传播。

Men who have sex with men HIV high risk behavior current situation investigation

Objective To understand the AIDS related high risk behavior characteristics among men who have sex with men（ MSM）,to provide data for prevention and control work of AIDS for this group. Methods The data of MSM population investigation collected during 2011-2012 were analyzed,to compare the high risk behavior between HIV positives and uninfected among MSM. Results Compared to the uninfected（ 90. 6%）,AIDS preventive and control knowledge awareness rate is generally low（ 81. 7%） among HIV positives;Compared to the uninfected（ 40. 8%）,the proportion of first sexual partner were female is generally high（ 55. 0%）. In the past 6 months,penetrative sex happened between male sexual partners for HIV infectors was higher than the uninfected（ 78. 3% vs. 65. 2%）,the rate of non-protection sex with men was higher than the uninfected（ 73. 3% vs. 64. 9%）,the rate of having sex with women was higher than the uninfected（ 36. 7% vs. 22. 9%）,the rate of STD infection was higher than the uninfected（ 21. 7% vs. 15. 4%）.Conclusions HIV positives related high risky behaviors were more serious than the uninfected among MSM population,should strengthen publication and education further to this group,to conduct the intervention measures to reduce its high risky behaviors,to prevent HIV spread from MSM population to normal population.
