摘    要:目的全面掌握衡水市居民生活饮用水水氟含量现状及分布情况,为有效防治地方性氟中毒提供科学依据。方法 2012年3-9月在衡水市以行政村为单位,采集每个村饮水水源水样,集中供水采集1份水样,分散供水按东、西、南、北、中方位采集5份水样,测定水氟含量,以水氟平均值代表该村饮水氟含量。结果共调查水源4 166个,覆盖全市13个县市区、5 010个行政村,全市中、西、北部地区(深州、武强、饶阳、安平、桃城区、开发区、滨湖新区)水氟值〈1.0 mg/L的1 348个村,占总行政村数的88.3%;水氟值〉1.0 mg/L的178个村,占总行政村数的11.7%。东、南部地区(故城县、景县、阜城县、武邑县、枣强县)水氟值〈1.0 mg/L的658个村,占总行政村数的18.9%;水氟值〉1.0 mg/L的2 826个村,占总行政村数的81.1%。结论衡水市中、西、北部地区绝大部分水氟值〈1.0 mg/L,达到国家饮水卫生标准,而东、南部地区受高氟危害较为严重。

Drinking water fluoride distribution investigation results analysis of Hengshui residents

Abstract:Objective To understand the current status of content and distribution characteristics of residents drinking water fluoride in Hengshui city, in order to provide a scientific basis to prevent and cure the endemic fluorosis. Methods Investigate the content of water fluoride in administrative villages in Hengshui city from March to September of 2012, one copy of residents water sample were collected in central water supply villa- ges, 5 copies from east, west, north, south and middle positions were collected for non -central water supply respectively , water flroride mean represent drinking water fluoride content for this village. Results A total of 4166 water samples were investigated, covered 13 counties, 5010 administrative villages, there were 1348 villages in west, north, central of city include ( Shenzhou, Wuqiang, Raoyang, Anping, Taocheng area, new development area, Binhu new area) where water fluoride value less than 1.0 mg/L, account for 88.3% ; 178 villages where water fluoride value higher than 1.0 mg/L, account for 11.7%, 658 villages in south, east ar- ea include ( Gucheng county, Jing county, Fucheng county, Wuyi county, Zaoqiang county) where water fluoride value less than 1.0 mg/L, account for 18. 9% ; 2826 villages where water fluoride value higher than 1.0 mg/L, account for 81.1%. Conclusions The values of water fluoride in most areas in west, north, central of city were less than 1.0 rag/L, which meet the national standards for drinking water quality, however some areas in South, east were harmed by high fluoride seriously.
