2009-2013年放射工作人员染色体畸变率与微核率分析

摘    要:目的观察了解长期小剂量电离辐射对放射工作人员的健康影响,为监督监护提供科学依据。方法对2009、2011、2013年沧州市区放射工作人员职业健康体检结果(沧州市区放射工作人员每两年体检一次)中染色体和微核率进行分析,利用X2检验对放射工作人员和对照组人员(不接触电离辐射的普通人)进行染色体畸变与微核率的统计学分析。结果放射工作人员染色体畸变检出率与微核检出率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(X2=127.30、X2=9526.56,P〈0.01);并且染色体、微核异常人数正在逐年下降,差异有统计学意义(X2=15.58、X2=27.71,P〈0.01)。结论分析表明小剂量电离辐射对放射工作人员的遗传物质有一定损伤。

Abstract:Objective To understand the long- term nealm enects of tow dose ionizing radiation on radiation workers,prividing scientific basis for supervision and monitoring. Methods To analyze the micronucleus and chromosome rates from occupational health examination result (radiation workers done medical examination once every two years in Cangzhou city area) of 2009, 2011, 2013, using X2 test for statistical analysis of chromosome aberrations and micronucleus rate on radiation workers and the control group (no man exposed to there was a significant statistically difference (X2 = 15.58, X2 = 27.71, sis suggests that low - dose ionizing radiation has certain damage on the P 〈0.01 ) . Conclusions The analygenetic materials of radiation workers.
