真空采血法与注射器采血法在批量体检中的应用效果比较

目的比较真空采血法与注射器采血法在批量体检中的使用效果。方法对增城市疾病控制中心体检门诊2007年10月-2009年4月期间的2000名受检者分别应用真空采血法及注射器采血法进行静脉采血，对两种方法的应用过程和效果进行比较分析。结果真空采血法较注射器采血法安全性高、溶血发生机率低，减少了受检者的痛苦，可提高工作效率，保证血标本质量。结论在集体批量体检采血中，真空采集法值得推广使用。

Compassion on using effects of the vacuum blood collection and syringe blood collection in mass examination

Objective To compare the using effects of the vacuum blood collection and syringe blood collection in mass examination. Methods Chose 2000 cases in physical examination centre in Zengcheng city center for disease prevention and control from October of 2007 to April of 2009 who received vacuum blood collection or syringe blood collection, made a comparative analysis of the application process and results of the 2 methods. Results Compared with syringe blood collection, vacuum blood collection has the advantages of high security, low probability of hemolysis, reduce the pain of the examiners, can help to increase efficiency, and ensure the quality of blood samples. Conclusions In blood collection of mass examination, vacuum blood collection is worth pomoting.
