保定市36例输入性疟疾流行病学分析

目的分析保定市输入性疟疾流行现状,为制定疟疾防控策略提供科学依据。方法对2008－2012年网络直报疟疾病例进行个案调查,将个案调查信息进行分析。结果 2008－2012年保定市共发现疟疾病例36例,均为输入性。分布于16个县（市、区）,占全市的64.00%,主要集中在定州、涿州和曲阳,其病例占总病例数的58.33%;病例中恶性疟18例,间日疟5例,恶性间日混合感染4例,未分型9例;均为男性;职业主要为农民和工人,两者病例数占总病例数的91.67%;全年各月均有病例存在,9～12月病例占总病例数的47.22%。结论加强对劳务输出单位及出国务工人员有关疟疾知识的培训和宣传教育,加强对归国人员的传染病检测,提高输入性疟疾的检出率,防止输入性疟疾引起当地疟疾传播流行。

Epidemiological analysis on 36 cases of imported malaria in Baoding city

Objective To analysis the epidemiologieal situation of imported malaria in Baoding, to provide scien-title evidence for the prevention and control strategy of malaria. Methods By conducting individual case study of direct reporting network during 2008 - 2012, to analysis the investigated study. Results imported cases. There were all 36 local of malaria cases found in Baoding city Cases were distributed through 16 counties （cities, districts）, information of individual case during 2008 - 2012, all were accounted for 64% all over the city, mainly focused in Dingzhou, Zhuozhou and Quyang, accounted for 58.33% of all cases. There are 18 cases of falciparum malaria, 5 cases of vivax malaria, 4 cases of mixed infection, and 9 cases unclassified ; all cases were male, main occupations were farmers and workers, accounted for 91.67% ; Cases exist all months all year around, cases during September - December accounted 47.22% of all cases. Conclusions To en- hance the training of malaria - related knowledge and publicity for labor export companies and migrant workers abroad, reinforce the epidemic tests of individuals who returned from foreign countries, increase the detection rate of imported malaria, prevent the local malaria epidemics caused by imported malaria.
