摘    要:目的适应学校卫生监督职能调整,开展学校卫生监督量化分级管理试点,分析学校卫生监督量化分级管理效果,探讨学校卫生综合监管长效机制。方法制定学校卫生监督量化评价记分表,随机抽取农村学校30所,实施学校卫生监督量化分级管理,对实施前后学校卫生指标的得分情况进行统计学分析。结果学校传染病防控、生活环境卫生管理、突发公共卫生事件管理、常见病多发病管理等学校卫生指标得分明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论实施学校卫生监督量化分级管理能提高监管效能,值得推广使用。

The effectiveness analysis of thirty schools health supervisory quantitative classification management pilot

Abstract:Objective Adapt to the adjustment of school health supervisory functions; carry out the pilot of school health quantitative classification management; analyze the effectiveness of school health quantitative classification management; explore the long - term mechanism of school health comprehensive supervision. Methods Formulate evaluation scorecard of school health supervisory quantification; extract 30 rural schools at random basis; carry out school health quantitative classification management; statistically analyze the scores before and after the implementation of school health index. Results The scores of school health index such as school infectious disease prevention and control, living environment and health management , public health emergency management and common occurring disease management etc. significantly improved, the differences was statistical significant (P 〈 0.01 ) . Conclusions Carrying out school health supervisory and quantitative classification management can improve the efficiency of supervision, it is worth to promote the use.
