四种抗生素方案治疗下呼吸道感染药学探讨

目的:本文就四种抗生素方案治疗下呼吸道感染的临床效果进行了浅析的研究和探讨。方法:选择我院自2013年1月~2014年1月期间收治120例下呼吸道感染患者,将其平均分为a组、b组、c组和d组,每组患者各30例,a组患者接受阿奇霉素治疗,b组患者接受头孢唑肟钠治疗,c组患者接受头孢曲松钠治疗,d组患者接受左氧氟沙星治疗,对四组患者的治疗效果、不良反应反发生率以及治疗费用等指标进行观察和统计。结果:四组患者在治疗总有效率之间的差异不显著(P0.05);四组患者不良反应发生率之间的差异不显著(P0.05);c组患者和d组患者的治疗费用明显低于a组患者和b组患者(P0.05)。结论:阿奇霉素、头孢唑肟钠、头孢曲松钠和左氧氟沙星治疗下呼吸道感染的效果均较为理想,头孢曲松钠和左氧氟沙星更加经济,费用较低,值得推广。

Medicine to discuss on four kinds of antibiotic solution treatment of lower respiratory tract infection

Objective： In this paper,four kinds of antibiotics in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infections Analysis of clinical effect was studied and discussed. Methods： In our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 period treated 120 cases of lower respiratory tract infection,which was divided into a group,b group,c and d groups groups of patients（30 cases）,a group of patients receiving azithromycin,b group received sodium ceftizoxime treatment,c group received ceftriaxone treatment,d levofloxacin group of patients receiving treatment,the therapeutic effect of the four groups of patients,the incidence of adverse reactions and counter- treatment costs and other indicators observed and statistics. Results： Four patients in the treatment group difference in efficiency between the total was not significant（P0.05）; differences between the four groups of patients between the incidence of adverse reactions was not significant（P0.05）;c d group patients and treatment of patients significantly lower than the cost of a group of patients and b patients（P0.05）. Conclusion ： Azithromycin,ceftizoxime,ceftriaxone and levofloxacin in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infections are more satisfactory results,ceftriaxone and levofloxacin more economical,lower costs,referring to promotion.
