唐山市女性性传播疾病的流行病学分析

目的分析唐山市近年来女性性传播疾病的流行特征,为制定防控措施提供依据。方法回顾性分析2007-2012年唐山市女性性病疫情资料。结果 2007-2012年共报告女性性病病例3 124例,平均发病率为14.4/10万。其中以梅毒为主,占66.2%;发病主要集中在20～49岁年龄段,占报告性病总数的78.5%;感染途径以非婚性接触为主,占51.7%。结论唐山市女性性病发病呈逐年增高趋势,其中以梅毒发病数最高且增长幅度最大,因此应加大对梅毒等性病的防控力度;分析结果提示女性婚前性行为普遍且年龄较轻,应加强对未婚女性尤其是青少年的性健康教育及自我防护知识的普及。

Epidemiological analysis on females sexually transmitted disease in Tangshan city

Methods Retrospective analyzes the epidemics of females in Tangshan city from 2007 to 2012. Results The total of female venereal diseases were 3124 cases from 2007 to 2012, the average incidence rate was 14. 4/10 million. Syphilis is the major disease, accounting for 66. 2% ; the incidence mainly concentrated in 20 -49 years of age, accounted for 78.5% of the total; the main route of infection is non marital sexual contact, accounting for 51.7 %. Conclusions The female venereal disease is increasing year by year in Tangshan city, syphilis has the highest incidence and the largest increase, so we should strengthen the prevention and control efforts of syphilis and other sexually transmitted diseases; the results suggest that female premarital sex is common and in younger ages, should strengthen the sexual health education on unmarried women especially the teenagers and the popularization of self - protection knowl- edge.
