涿州市1~15岁儿童麻疹、脊髓灰质炎抗体检测结果分析

摘    要:目的了解涿州市1~15岁儿童麻疹、脊髓灰质炎抗体水平,评价接种质量,为进一步做好免疫规划工作提供科学依据。方法采取随机抽样的方法采集1~15岁健康儿童血标本9 979份,使用ELISA法定量测定人血清中麻疹IgG、脊髓灰质炎IgG抗体水平。结果麻疹、脊髓灰质炎IgG抗体阳性率分别为87.9%和95.6%;不同年龄组儿童麻疹IgG抗体阳性率、脊髓灰质炎IgG抗体阳性率差异有统计学意义(χ2=22.58、χ2=27.23,P〈0.05);不同性别儿童麻疹IgG抗体阳性率、脊髓灰质炎抗体阳性率差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.95、χ2=0.23,P〉0.05);城区与乡镇儿童麻疹IgG抗体阳性率、脊髓灰质炎抗体阳性率差异有统计学意义(χ2=58.21、χ2=19.09,P〈0.05)。结论涿州市1~15岁儿童麻疹、脊髓灰质炎抗体水平保持在较高水平,麻疹IgG抗体、脊髓灰质炎抗体阳性率随年龄的增长显著降低,城区儿童麻疹、脊髓灰质炎抗体水平显著高于农村。

Abstract:Objective To understand measles and polio antibody levels of 1 -15 years old children of Zhuozhou city, to evaluate the vaccination quality, further provide scientific basis for the immune programming work. Methods Collected 9979 blood samples of healthy children aged 1 - 15 by random sampling method, measur- ing the antibody levels of measles and polio of human serums by using fix quantified ELISA method. Results Measles and polio IgG antibody positive rates were 87.9% and 95.6% respectively; between different age groups, the differences of IgG antibody positive rate of measles cases and polio cases were all significant (X2 = 22. 58, X2 = 27.23, P 〈 0. 05 ) ; between different genders, the differences of IgG antibody positive rate of measles cases and polio cases werent all significant (χ2 = 0. 95, χ2 = 0. 23, P 〉 0. 05 ) ; between urban and rural areas, the differences of IgG antibody positive rate of measles cases and polio cases were all significant between urban and rural (χ2 = 58.21, χ2 = 19.09, P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusions Measles and polio antibody levels remained at a high level of 1 - 15 years old children in Zhuozhou city, the positive rate of measles IgG antibody and polio antibody significantly reduced with the growth of age, measles and polio antibody levels of children in urban areas were significantly higher than those in rural areas.
