摘    要:目的探讨舒血宁对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者氧化/氧化失衡的影响。方法将AECOPD患者随机分为常规治疗组及加用舒血宁治疗组,分别检测治疗前后各氧化指标的含量,并设健康对照组作比较。结果治疗前与健康对照组相比,AECOPD患者SOD、GSH及VE含量降低,MDA含量升高;治疗后,加用舒血宁注射液治疗组比常规治疗组以上各指标改善更明显。结论AECOPD患者存在严重的氧化/抗氧化失衡,舒血宁注射液有助于纠正其氧化/抗氧化失衡。

Abstract:[Objective] To investigate the effect of Shu Xue Ning injection on redressing oxidant/antioxidant imbalance in the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease during exacerbation periods (AECOPD). [Methods] 60 patients with AECOPD were randomly divided into two groups. One was treated with conventional therapies, the other was treated with Shu Xue Ning injection in addition to routine therapies, and healthy control was set up. The concentrations of SOD, MDA, GSH and Vitamin E were determined respectively before and after the treatment. [Result] Before the treatment, the contents of SOD, GSH, VitE in COPD group were lower and those of MDA were higher than the control. After the treatment, the contents of all indexes in Shu Xue Ning group changed more remarkably than the concentrations of conventional therapy group. [Conclusion] There is a serious imbalance between oxidants and antioxidants in patients with AECOPD and Shu Xue Ning injection could redress this oxidant/antioxidant imbalance.
