女性肾综合征出血热与雌、孕激素变化的关系

目的 :探讨女性肾综合征出血热与其雌、孕激素水平变化的关系。方法 :通过对本地区226例肾综合征出血热中60例女性患者的调查分析 ,女性肾综合征出血热在各年龄组中的病例数构成比 ;绝经期后、月经期后、排卵期后临床类型、预后例数 ,并作统计学H检验。结果 :226例肾综合征出血热中女性肾综合征出血热病例数60例 (26 54 % ) ,其发病率、患病率中以40岁以上人群较多 ,未发现妊娠合并肾综合征出血热 ;绝经期后、月经期后、排卵期后的肾综合征出血热 ,各期预后差异无显著性 ;各临床类型中 ,重型病例数为 :绝经期后>月经期后>排卵期后 ,差异有显著性。结论 :雌、孕激素的变化明显影响女性肾综合征出血热的发病率、患病率、临床重型病例数

Relationship between variation of estrogen and progestogen and female hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome

Objective:To study the relationship between variation of estrogen and progestogen and female hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome.Methods:According to the constitution ratio in every age group,all female patients with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome were divided into three clinic types,as follows post-menopause,post-menstrual phase and post-ovulation phase in proper order.The prognosis of all patients were managed with statistics.Results:sixty patients were femle in 226 patients with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome(26.54%).The rate of incidence and falling ill was increased above 40 years old person,but the pregnancy with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome was not found.there was no significant difference in prognosis between the three clinic types.But there was a significant diference in severe patients between them,as follows post-menopause>post-menstrual phase>post-ovulated phase.Conclusion:The variation of estrogen and progestogen affects obviously the incidence rate,falling ill rate and severe diseases of the female hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome.
