| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨肺结核合并呼吸衰竭的发病机制及治疗对策。方法：回顾分析54例肺结核合并呼吸衰竭。结果：54例合并肺部感染40例（74.1％）。I型呼衰35例（64.8％），Ⅱ型呼衰19例（35.2％）。结论：呼吸衰竭是肺结核严重的并发症，需加强营养支持、基础疾病治疗和免疫治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the pathogenesis and treatment strategies of the patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated by respiratory failure.Methods A total of 54 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated by respiratory failure who had been admitted to the 3rd People's Hospital of Changzhou between 1998 and 2000 represented the study sample.Results Of 54 cases, 40 (74.1%) had lung infection, 35 (64.8%) had Type I respiratory failure, and 19 (35.2%) had Type II respiratory failure. Conclusion Respiratory failure represents a severe complication for pulmonary tuberculosis patients. Emphasis should be given to the basic treatment of the primary disease, nutritional support and immunological therapy. |
