国产泮托拉唑钠与进口奥美拉唑钠预防ICU应激性溃疡的疗效对比及成本-效果分析

目的:寻求一种经济、有效的预防重症监护(ICU )应激性溃疡方案。方法:将符合应激性溃疡高危人群标准的63例ICU患者分为2组,分别静脉滴注国产泮托拉唑钠80mg(1次/天)或进口奥美拉唑钠40mg(2次/天) ,治疗7天,观察上消化道出血的发生率并做成本-效果分析。结果:2组有效率分别为91. 18 %、89. 66 % ,无显著性差异(P>0. 05) ;2组成本分别为1059. 73元、2304. 26元;2组成本-效果比分别为11 .62、25 .70。疗程总费用泮托拉唑钠组比奥美拉唑钠组少支出1244. 53元。敏感度分析2组成本-效果比分别为10 .51、23 .22。结论:泮托拉唑钠是预防ICU应激性溃疡的经济、有效的药物。

Contrast of Therapeutic Effects between Domestic Pantoprazole and Imported Omeprazole in the Prevention of Stress Ulcer in ICU Patients and the Cost - Effectiveness Analysis

OBJECTIVE:To seek after an economical and effective scheme for the prevention of stress ulcer in ICU pa-tients.METHODS:63ICU patients in line with high risk standards of stress ulcer were divided into2groups,each group were given80mg pantoprazole q.d.or40mg omeprazole bid by intravenous drip for7days;incidence of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage was observed and the cost-effectiveness analysis was carried out.RESULTS:The effective rates of2groups were91.18%and89.66%respectively,no significant difference(P>0.05)was found in the2groups.The costs of the2groups were1059.73yuan(RMB)?2304.26yuan(RMB)respectively;the cost-effectiveness ratios of the2groups were11.62?25.70respectively;the total cost in the course of treatment for the pantoprazole group was1244.53yuan(RMB)less than the omeprazole group.In the sensitivity analysis,the cost-effectiveness ratios of the2groups were10.51?23.22respectively.CONCLUSION:Pantoprazole is an economical and effective drug for the prevention of stress ulcer in ICU patients.
