化脓灸对中风先兆及其全血黏度、血脂近期影响的观察

目的 :探讨对中风先兆的有效针灸疗法。方法 :将临床诊断为中风先兆且符合中医辨证为肝胆火旺、风痰内盛、气阴两虚的 1 50例随机分为观察组 1 0 0例 ,予 1次化脓灸治疗 ;对照组 50例 ,予复方丹参注射液治疗。两组都配合针刺治疗。观察治疗前后其症状体征、全血黏度、血脂改变情况。结果 :观察组在临床症状改善、全血黏度、TC、TG、HDL的调节方面明显优于对照组 (P <0 0 0 1 ) ,对LDL的调节两组无明显差异 (P >0 0 5)。结论 :化脓灸有近期解除或减轻中风先兆症状的作用 ,对异常全血黏度、血脂有近期调节降低 (升高 )作用

Observation on the short-term effects of scarring moxibustion on stroke omen,whole blood viscosity and blood-fat

ObjectiveTo explore an effective acupuncture therapy for treatment of stroke omen. MethodsOne hundred and fifty cases of stroke omen with hyperactivity of liver and gallbladder fire, internal excess of wind-phlegm an d Qi-and Yin-deficiency were randomly divided into observation group ( n=100) treated by one session of scarring moxibustion and the control group (n=50) tr eated by compound Danshen injectio , and they all were treat ed by acupuncture. Th eir symptoms and signs, the whole blood viscosity and blood-fat were observed b e fore and after treatment. ResultsThe observation group is superior to the control group in the clinical symptoms, and the regulative actions on th e whole blood viscosity, TC, TG, HDL(P<0 01), with no significant differenc e in LDL between the two groups (P>0 05). ConclusionScarring moxibustion has the short-term effect in relieving or reducing symptoms of stro ke omen, and also has short-term regulating action on the abnormal whole blood viscosity and blood-fat.
