摘    要:目的研究菟丝子总黄酮对无血清培养睾丸细胞所致凋亡的保护作用及其机制。方法应用流式细胞仪PI法检测亚二倍体细胞凋亡;酶标仪测定MDA(丙二醛)含量。结果菟丝子总黄酮可抑制无血清培养诱导的睾丸细胞凋亡,降低丙二醛含量。其作用具有剂量依赖性.以500mg/L最明显。结论菟丝子总黄酮是具有抗凋亡、抗氧化的作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of Semen Cuscutae flavonoids on oxidative damage and apoptosis of mouse testis. Methods Detecting sub-G1 cells by FLCS with PI staining methods and MDA content by microplate reader. Results Semen Cuscutae flavonoids could inhibit mouse testis cells' oxidative damage and apoptosis, this effect is dose dependent and obvious in 500mg/L. Conclusion Semen Cuscutae flavonoids are effective antioxidant, which can inhibit apoptosis oxidation of testis cells.
