| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨体外培养豚鼠膀胱组织Cajal间质细胞(interstitial cells of Cajal,ICCs)神经元特异性烯醇酶(neurone specific enolase,NSE)及神经源性一氧化氮合酶(neuronal nitric oxide synthase,nNOS)的表达.方法 胶原酶消化法进行豚鼠膀胱组织ICCs细胞的原代培养,对照组为原代培养的膀胱平滑肌细胞,免疫荧光法进行c-kit及平滑肌肌动蛋白(SMA)染色,RT-PCR和Western blot法进行细胞培养后1、3 d和5 d的NSE及nNOS转录水平及蛋白水平的检测.结果 豚鼠膀胱ICCs细胞c-kit染色阳性,SMA染色阴性.豚鼠膀胱ICCs细胞NSE及nNOS转录及蛋白水平较高,膀胱平滑肌细胞不表达NSE及nNOS.结论 豚鼠膀胱ICCs培养细胞表达神经细胞特异性物质,提示豚鼠膀胱ICCs细胞参与膀胱功能调控.
