| 摘 要： | 目的：摸清奥北山区人群糖尿病的流行特点及有关因素。方法：采用分层束 抽样方法，根据ＷＨＯ规定的诊断标准，对番北山区２７９７名２０～７４岁居住５年及以上的社区人群进行了糖尿病流行特点及有关因素研究。结果：糖尿病（ＤＭ）标化患病率为１．１８％（９５％ＣＩ为０．７８％～１．５８％），糖耐量低减（ＩＧＴ）标化患病率为１．７８％（９５％Ｉ为１．３０％～２．２８％），瑶族人群ＤＭ及ＩＧＴ患病率分别为３．０３％ |
