消旋卡多曲颗粒治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒性肠炎疗效观察

目的:观察消旋卡多曲颗粒治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒性肠炎的临床疗效和安全性.方法:按年龄组服用不等量的消旋卡多曲颗粒,连服6 d,追踪观察治疗后排便次数、性状和临床症状的变化.结果:消旋卡多曲颗粒治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒性肠炎的止泻时间、总病程较对照组短(P＜0.01),且有效率达91.0%,明显高于对照组(P＜0.01).结论:消旋卡多曲颗粒治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒性肠炎能较快减少腹泻次数,改善大便性状,有效缩短腹泻病程,用药后无明显不良反应,安全性高,值得临床推广使用.

To observe the efficacy of racecadotril granules in treatment of infant with rotavirus enteritis

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of racecadotril granules in treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis. Methods: Racecadotril granules of different quantities were given to groups of different ages for six consecutive days. The changes were traced post-treatment with respect of defecation frequency, stool property and general clinical symptoms. Results: Racecadotril granules were found to significantly shorten the duration of watery diarrhea in treating rotavirus enteritis, P<0.01. The effective rate was 91.0%, significantly higher than that of the conventional group, P<0.01. Conclusions: For infant with rotavirus enteritis, racecadotril granules is not only effective in reducing the times of defecation, improving the property of stool with a comparatively short treatment course, but also provides a higher safety without adverse reactions. So it is supposed to be used widely in the clinic.
