| 摘 要： | 实验用Ｗｉｓｔａｒ大鼠３５只，体重２１０ｇ。异丙肾（ＩＳＰ）组２８只，皮下注射ＩＳＰ５．０ｍｇ／ｋｇ，注射后４、１２、２４和４８小时分别处死７只大鼠，随同处死对照组７只。光镜观察心肌坏死部位和程度；电镜观察心肌超微结构变化；用体视学方法定量分析心肌线粒体形态变化。结果表明：心肌线粒体Ｖｖ和Ｖ值升高，与对照组比较差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０１），ＮＡ和Ｎｖ值变化与对照组比较无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。实验表明线粒体Ｖｖ和Ｖ植升高主要与线粒体肿胀有关，与线粒体的集聚和增生无关；线粒体的损伤破坏与心肌坏死程度密切相关；并提示注射ＩＳＰ后４８小时是制作大鼠心肌坏死模型的最佳时间。

| Abstract: | 5 Wistar rats were divided randomly into two groups,control group(7)and ISP group(28).In the ISP group,ISP(5.0mg/kg)were injected in 28 rats. Then 28 rats were killed at 4,12,24 and 48 hours after injection of ISP. 7rats in the control group were kelled without any treatment.Myocardial ultrastructure was observed and some stereo-logical parameters were analysed in measuring the morphometric changes of mitochondria. The result showed that thevolume parameter Vv and V of mitochondria raised with the time lasting and they had significant difference comparedwith tbe control group(P<0.01),the parmeter Na and Nv in every ISP group had no obvious difference comparedwith control group(P>0. 05).The result also suggested that optimal time for the animal model repreduction of my-ocardial necrosis was 48h after injection of Isoproterenol in rat. |
