腹腔镜在膀胱手术中的应用

摘    要:目的介绍腹腔镜在膀胱手术中应用的初步经验,并探讨其临床价值及可行性。方法从2002年4月-2004年12月,经腹腔途径对14例膀胱病变患者实施腹腔镜手术,其中膀胱肿瘤局部切除加电灼术5例、膀胱切开取石术4例、膀胱憩室切除术2例、膀胱损伤修补术2例、膀胱异物取出术1例。结果14例手术全部成功。手术时间70-240min;术中失血20-100mL;术中术后无明显并发症;术后住院时间5-7d。结论经腹腔途径施实膀胱病变的腹腔镜手术技术可行,具有微创、失血少、术后恢复快、住院时间短等优势,可作为治疗膀胱病变的一种较为理想的方法。

Abstract:[Objective] To introduce the initial experience of laparoseopic surgery for treating bladder diseases and to investigate its feasibility and clinical significance. [Methods] From April 2002 to December 2004, 14 patients with bladder diseases underwent transperitoneal laparoscopic surgery, 5 of them, local resection and electric coagulation of bladder tumor, 4 lithotomy of the bladder, 2 diverticulectomy of the bladder, 2 cases repair of ruptured bladder, 1 removal of foreign body from the bladder. [Results] The proposed procedure was completed in all cases. The surgical time was 70-240 minutes and blood loss was 20-100 mL. There were no significant complications during both intra-and post-operative period. The hospitalizatin period was 5-7 day. [Conclusions] The transperitoneal laparoscopic surgery for bladder diseases is feasible and has many advantages of minimal invasive, less blood loss, postoperative early recovery, shorter hospital stay. It can be an alternatinve surgical method for treating patient with bladder diseases.
