针灸与穴位注射治疗妊娠剧吐的临床疗效观察

目的观察比较针灸与穴位注射治疗妊娠剧吐的疗效差异，探寻临床治疗该病的较好方法。方法把62例妊娠剧吐患者随机分为针灸组和穴位注射组，每组31例，针灸组给予针刺中脘、内关、足三里、下脘，关门，得气后用艾灸盒灸中脘穴，穴位注射组给予维生素B6注射液0.1g双侧内关穴位注射，观察比较两组妊娠剧吐评分的变化和显愈率。结果针灸组显愈率为93.55％，穴位注射组的显愈率为54.84％，两组显愈率差异有统计学（P〈0.01），两组的妊娠剧吐评分在治疗前后有明显改变，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.001），1个疗程结束后，两组的妊娠剧吐评分差异有统计学（P〈0.01）。结论针灸和穴位注射治疗妊娠剧吐均有效，针灸疗效优于穴位注射。

Clinical observation on therapeutic effect of acupuncture and moxibustion and acupoint injection on hyperemesis gravidarum to search for a more effective method for treatment of hyperemesis gravidarum

Objective To compare the therapeutic effects of acupuncture and moxibustion and acupoint injection on hyperemesis gravidarum , and to search for a more effective method for treatment of the disease. Method 62 cases of hyperemesis gravidarum were randomly divided into 2 groups , 31 cases in each group , The acup-moxibustion group were treated with acupuncture at Zhongwan （ CV12）, Neiguan （ PC6 ）, Zusanli （ST36）, Xiawan（CV10） and Guanmen（ ST22）, and after arrival of qi , Box-moxibustion 30-40 min was added on Zhongwan（ CV12）, The acupoint injection group were treated by acupion injection of vitB6 0.1g into Neiguan（PC6）, The changes of hyperemesis gravidarum score （HGS） and effective rate were observed and compared. Result The cure and markely effective rate were 93.55% in the acup-moxibustion group, 54.84% in acupoint injection group（P 〈0.01）. In each of group , there was significant difference in HGS before and after treatment （P 〈0.001）, and there was significant difference in HGS between the acup-moxibustion group and acupeint injection group （ P 〈0.01）. Conclusion Both of tow groups have therapeutic effect on hyperemesis gravidarum. Acup-moxibustion is better than that of acupoint injection for hyperemesis gravidarum.
