加替沙星与左氧氟沙星治疗呼吸道细菌感染的疗效比较

目的:比较加替沙星与左氧氟沙星治疗敏感性细菌引起的呼吸道感染的疗效与安全性。方法:以左氧氟沙星为对照,在30例受试者中进行了随机双盲、双模拟、平行对照试验。A组15例,每日给予加替沙星4 0 0 m g口服。B组15例,每日给予左氧氟沙星4 0 0 mg口服,治疗7d～14 d。结果:A组患者用药后临床痊愈率10 0 % ,有效率10 0 % ,B组患者用药后临床痊愈率93% ,有效率93%。两组疗效比较,差异无显著性(P>0 .0 5 )。A组与B组的细菌清除率均为10 0 % (P>0 .0 5 ) ,两组不良反应发生率分别为13%与8% (P>0 .0 5 )。结论:加替沙星治疗呼吸道感染疗效及安全性与左氧氟沙星相似。

Gatifloxacin vs levofloxacin in treatment of bacterial infections of respiratory tract

Objective:To compare the efficacy and safety of gat ifloxacin with levofloxacin in the treatment of bacterial infections of respiratory tract.Methods:Using levofloxacin as a contrast medicine 30 patients were enrolled to can out arandomired.double simulation,double blind,parellel controued trial group A(n=15) was give gatifloxacin 400 mg qd.for 7 d～14 d.Group B(n=15) was give levofloxacin 400 mg qd.for 7 d～14 d.Results:The clinical cured rate and effective rate in group A were 100% and 100%,group B were 93% and 93%,respectively the was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05) the bacterial clearing rate was 100% in the groups and that was also no significant difference(P>0.05).The adverse reaction rates were 13% and 8% respectively in group A and B Without statistical difference(P>0.05)?Conclusion:The efficacy and safety of gatifloxacin is similar to those or levofloxacin fore treatment of bacterial infections of respiratory tract.
