| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨复方丹参注射液及磷酸肌酸钠治疗新生儿窒息后心肌损害的疗效.方法:将住院治疗的窒息后心肌受损的78例新生儿随机分成两组,均给予综合治疗,治疗组加用复方丹参注射液2 mL加入10%葡萄糖注射液18 mL静脉滴注,2次/d,连用7～10 d;磷酸肌酸钠1 g加入10%葡萄糖注射液10 mL静脉滴注,1次/d,连用5 d.结果:治疗组显效35例,有效4例,总有效率97.5%;对照组显效16例,有效9例,总有效率65.8%.治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05).治疗组治疗后心肌酶谱数据(CK-MB)较治疗前明显降低,两组治疗后心肌酶谱比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:复方丹参注射液联合磷酸肌酸钠治疗新生儿窒息后心肌损害效果显著,无明显不良反应,值得进一步推广使用.
