| 摘 要： | 目的:分析重症和危重症手足口病的临床特征以指导临床诊断和治疗.方法:对2010年3月～2010年7月在我院确诊重症和危重症手足口病的患儿的临床资料进行回顾性研究.结果:重症患儿年龄最小7月,最大5.25岁.病程中均有发热、皮疹,起病发热占80.6%,手足皮疹占55.6%.痊愈22例(61.1%),好转6例(16.7%)...
