益气通脉法治疗病毒性心肌炎临床观察

目的 :探讨中药治疗病毒性心肌炎的有效方法。方法 :将 10 0例病毒性心肌炎患者随机分为 2组 ,治疗组 5 0例 ,采用益气养阴理气活血方药治疗。对照组 5 0例 ,采用能量合剂等营养心肌的药。观察治疗前后症状、心电图指标、心肌酶学指标、病毒检测等的变化。结果 :治疗组显效 31例 ,有效 13例 ,无效 6例 ,总有效率 88% ;治疗后心电图及心肌酶学明显改善。对照组显效 2 3例 ,有效 14例 ,无效 13例 ,总有效率 74%。治疗组疗效优于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :益气通脉法是治疗病毒性心肌炎的有效方法之一。

The study on the function of supplementing Qi and promoting blood circulation on viral myocarditis treatment

Objectives :To present an effective method for treating viral myocarditis by Traditional Chinese Medicine. Methods :50 patients with viral myocarditis were selected for this kind treatment,in which the main drugs worked as boosting Qi and nourishing Yin,rectifying Qi and quickening the blood.And the changes in symptoms,cardiogram and biochemical est for myocardial enzymology were compared between pre therapy and post therapy. Results :the total effective rate were 86%,in which 40% had profited evidently from the method.And the improvement in cardiogram and myocardial enzymology were found visibly. Conclusions :supplementing Qi and promoting blood circulation was one of more effective methods for viral myocarditis treatment.
