内镜下甲状腺手术的护理评价

目的：探讨利用腹腔镜进行甲状腺良性肿瘤切除术的应用效果。方法；将60例甲状腺良性肿瘤患者随机分为实验组和对照组，每组各30例。实验组患者于乳晕上缘、胸骨旁作小切口导入腹腔镜及配套设施，建立人为操作空间进行内镜操作切除肿物；对照组患者行开放手术做腺瘤切除术。将两组患者护理效果进行评价。结果两组患者的平均住院日、切口满意率比较实验组明显优于对照组（P〈0．01）；手术持续时间实验组高于对照组（P〈0．01）；平均住院费用比较对照组优于实验组（P〈0．01）。两组患者均达到预期疗效，且无手术并发症发生。结论：内镜下甲状腺手术具有美容、切口小、恢复快、术野清晰、安全、缩短住院时间的优点，对美容要求高的患者来说是一种理想的选择。

The Nursing Evaluation of the Endoscopic Thyroidectomy

Objective:To investigate the nursing evaluation of the endoscopic thyroidectomy. Methods:Sixty cases with benign thyroid tumor were randomly assigned into experimental and control groups. There were 30 cases in each group. The patients in experimental group underwent minor incision were made in parasternum. And upper margin of areola. Blunt dissection of the subcutaneous planes of neck and chest were administered. The thyroid nodules were removed. While the patients in control group were underwent open thyroidectomy . Results:In the experimental group ,the hospitalization time were shortened (P<0.05 ),the average fee-for service increased (P<0.01 ),the duration on operation was increased . The satisfaction of the patients improved markedly . The sixty operations were successful. No complications happened. Conclusion: Using the endoscopic parital thyroidectomy, it has minimally incision, recover quickly, clear operation field and no scar in the neck. Endoscopic parital thyroidectomy is a good choice for the patients like to look smart.
