| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨肺癌耐药蛋白的表达与Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌 (NSCLC)新辅助化疗敏感性及预后的关系。方法 :应用免疫组化技术检测 3 1例进行新辅助化疗的患者化疗前标本。结果 :化疗前LRP表达的阳性率为 3 8 7% ( 12 / 3 1)。化疗前LRP表达阳性者化疗有效率为 16 7% ( 2 / 12 )。LRP表达阳性的患者中位生存期为 14个月 ,阴性的为 2 5个月 ,但差异无统计学意义 ,P>0 0 5。结论 :对于可手术切除的Ⅲ期NSCLC而言 ,肿瘤中LRP表达阳性者化疗耐药的可能性很大 ,该类患者应放弃或减少新辅助化疗周期。LRP表达阳性者预后可能不良。
