京唐港口岸两名船员死亡事件流行病学调查

目的探讨京唐港入境两名船员死亡事件原因及流行病学调查,探索入境船舶发生突发死亡事件处理方法。方法对京唐港入境两名船员死亡原因进行流行病学调查。结果初步排除法定传染病及细菌性中毒事件,初步怀疑原因为过量饮用粗制白酒中毒及心理因素。结论针对入境船员死亡事件,国境卫生检疫人员应处理及时得当,尽早排除法定传染病嫌疑,做好深入流行病学调查,确保事件妥善解决。

Objective To explore the death causes and the epidemiological survey on the two entry crew members at Jingtang Port, and to study the methods to deal with an unexpected death on entry vessels. Methods Carry out ep- idemiological investigation on the death causes of these two crew members at Jingtang Port. Results The possibility of infecting notifiable infectious disease and bacterial poisoning are initially excluded, the possible reason is： acute alcoholic intoxication by excessive use of plenty of coarse wine. Conclusion The frontier health quarantine officers should timely and appropriately handle the emergency when a sudden and unexpected death appears. Notifiable in- fectious disease should be excluded and epidemiological survey should be carried out. By doing all these, ensure that the event is properly handled.
