妊高征患者血小板聚集性、血小板计数与血浆NO水平变化

目的 :探讨妊娠高血压综合征 (妊高征 )患者全血血小板聚集性 (PAg)水平、血小板计数 (PLT)的变化以及与一氧化氮 (NO)水平变化的相关性。方法 :分别采用电阻法及硝酸还原酶法测定并分析了 6 1例妊高征患者 (妊高征组 ) (轻度 1 9例 ,中度 2 0例 ,重度 2 2例 )、2 5例正常晚孕妇女 (对照组 )的全血PAg、PLT与NO水平。结果 :与对照组比较 ,中、重度妊高征组PLT水平及血浆NO水平显著下降 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1 ) ,而妊高征各组全血PAg增强 ,且与NO水平呈显著负相关 (r=- 0 .5 77,P <0 .0 1 )。结论 :妊高征患者全血PAg水平及PLT与其病情发展有关 ,动态血小板计数及聚集性的测定对预测妊高征病情、指导临床治疗有重要意义

Studies on platelet aggregation,platelet count and plasma nitric oxide levels in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension

Aim: To study the changes and clinical significance of platelet aggregation(PAg), platelet count(PLT) and plasma nitric oxide(NO) level in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension(PIH).Methods: PAg, PLT and plasma NO level were measured in 61 cases of PIH and 25 normal term pregnant women. Results: Compared with normal term pregnant women, PLT and plasma NO level in PIH group were decreased significantly,especially in moderate and severe PIH groups( P <0.05, P <0.01), however PAg in PIH groups were significantly higher than those of healthy pregnancies( P < 0.01), the severer the PIH related to, the higher PAg. There was a negative correlation between the plasma NO level and PAg( r =-0.577, P <0.01). Conclusions: To detect PLT and PAg continuously has important value in prognosis and treatment of PIH.
