| 摘 要： | 随着医改、药改的推出及中国加入WTO,医疗市场出现了激烈的竞争,医院的生存和发展面临严峻的考验.本文分析了目前医疗服务的7个问题和现状,提出了医院经营管理体制应建立和培植以需方为主导的买方市场、建立医院法人治理结构、健全医院经营管理运行机制及医疗市场监管体制.坚持市场信息的真实披露、放开医疗市场价格体系等对策来适应医疗市场的变化.

| Abstract: | A long with medical service reform and drug service reform as well as China's entry to WTO, there is a heating competitionin medical care market, the survival and development of hospitals face a severe test. The article analyzes the current 7 issues and situation in medicalservice, it outlines that it should establish and foster a buyer's market with the demanding party as the main leading body, establishing hospitalcorporate governing structure, improving hospital operation and management mechanism and medical care market supervision system. Adheringthe truly publishing of market information, opening pricing system for medical care market and other policies to adapt to the changing medicalcare market. |
