参麦注射液治疗急性心肌梗死并发心源性休克疗效观察

目的 评估参麦注射液在急性心肌梗死并发心源性休克患者中的治疗效果、作用时间和安全性。方法 将急性心肌梗死并发心源性休克患者34例随机分为对照组与参麦组，均予西医常规治疗，参麦组加用参麦注射液静滴。结果 参麦组血压、心率及心功能改善均优于对照组。结论 参麦注射液有提高休克患者血压的作用，且升压作用缓和、持久，临床应用安全。

The Effect of Shenmai Injection in Treatment of Cardiac Shock after Acute Myocadiac Infarction

Objective:To evaluate the etticiency,safety and role time of Shenmai injection in treating of patients with cardiac shock after acute myocadiac inforetion.Methods:Clinical data from 34 patients with cardiac shock after acute myocadiac inforction was collected for nearly years.Put these patients into two groups randomly,one is comparison group,the other is Shenmai group.All patients were treated with routine expectant treatment.In Shenmai group,Patients were maintained by Shenmai injection.Shenmai injection was dripped quickly.Results:The blood pressure could be promoted in patients with shock by using Shenmai injection.Conclusion:The effect of Shenmai injection was moderate and continuous.It was safe in clinical application.
